Nick has always been keen on development for himself and those who have worked for him and so it was only natural that he became Head of our Training & Development Department in November 2004, Nick has performed in this role excellently and has developed several of our own training academies, Hospitality, Non-Food and Management.
The Company has gone through a major refurbishment and re-structure lasting two years and Nick and been integral to the morale and support of those who have left the business and those who remained. Nick headed up the development for the whole business, encouraging morale and motivation and working on our planned change management programme. This programme was an incredible success and a credit to Nick’s hard work and dedication. He is a well-balanced individual who is popular with colleagues at all levels.
